Can you take care of everything from branding, print to web etc?

Yes. We cover multiple areas of design, from the initial branding and logo design process straight through to creating your website and marketing materials needed to build your business.

What is the process?

Design projects such as a 40 page brochure for example would go through the initial design stage and amendment stages. 

It’s a similar process for a digital project, a website would go through an initial design stage and again have amendment stages before we’d start the build and development of it.

How quickly will I receive my printing?

With digitally printed orders, usually within 5-7 days. However, there can be circumstances when print runs will take longer, such as a delay at the printers. Although this is a rare occurrence, we make clients aware of this.

What happens with website hosting?

We charge an annual fee for website hosting. This would cover the renewal of your domain names and the server space required for your website and emails.

What’s the turnaround on a job?

We’ve been going a long time and rarely do we have an occurrence when we miss a deadline. We will do our best to complete the work for when you need it for. Time can vary depending on the type of project it is.
